Edwin is a Senior Associate at the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He was admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2008 and has been with the Firm since 2008.
Edwin’s main area of expertise is in the Litigation Department mainly dealing with Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Family law, Probate and Administration and Commercial Arbitration. He has over 14 years of experience advising and representing clients both Individual and Corporate in a wide array of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Edwin also has a keen interest in Commercial and Company Law and has vast experience in incorporating Companies and all that pertains to it. He is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East Africa Law Society (EALS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
